Thanks for visiting little bittle's blog! I am glad you found my store and I really look forward to making something for your little bittle.
My friends have always called me crafty. Yet, I majored in Accounting and ended up working 9-5 in various cubicles. I always enjoyed my work, but there was only so much “craft” I could add to excel spreadsheets.
I became a stay-at-home mom a when my baby boy was born in 2008 and suddenly started scheming ways I could use my craftiness and my business knowledge. Growing up in the south, the idea of being able to personalize items for my baby as he grows up as well as give personalized baby gifts or wedding gifts appealed to me. After several months of research and a good bit of dreaming, I purchased an embroidery machine. I started giving away projects right and left so I could keep using my machine. I was having a blast but my accounting sense started talking to me and I realized this hobby was “in the red.”
At some point the idea of turning this new hobby into a business slipped into my head and from that moment forward I knew this would be a good fit for me. I am having a great time picking out designs, fabrics, fonts, and putting them together for you and your little bittles. I am also enjoying contributing a little to our family budget while staying at home with my little bittle.
